Hello,

is possible to fix this Class for languages, that have their own special character? For example, I have folder named "Složka", but in RAR, there is it named as "Slo+żka", because there is somewhere problem with encoding... I think, the problem is in getBits or setBits function, but I'm not so good, to fix it...
